The sixth Division I scholarship offer arrived Monday for Atlanta 2019 running back Jawan King.

The Rabbits' back reported via Twitter that Incarnate Word has offered.

King (5-10, 210) also holds Division I offers from Louisiana-Monroe and Texas State (FBS), and Illinois State, Missouri State, Northwestern State (FCS). He also has Division II opportunities from Arkansas Tech and Texas A&M-Commerce.

Last season, King was part of an offense that averaged more than 30 points per game. Atlanta finished the 2017 season at 5-6 overall, reaching the Class 4A Division II playoffs.

Incarnate Word is an FCS school that competes in the Southland Conference. The Cardinals are coached by Eric Morris, who was hired this offseason after serving as an assistant at Texas Tech. IWU was 1-10 overall and 1-7 in conference play in 2017.

King, like all juniors, is first eligible to sign with any program that offers him in December.
