Baseball Coaches Poll: Three East Texas Teams Ranked in Class 2A

The latest Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association polls included six East Texas teams, three of which came from Class 2A.

Undefeated Hughes Springs remained atop the poll at No. 1, while White Oak was No. 4 and Elkhart was No. 10.

In Class 3A, Lufkin Hudson was No. 6. The region continued to claim the top spot in Class A thanks to unbeaten Carlisle, which joined No. 8 Colmesneil in the poll.

Hallsville fell from the Class 4A top 10 after two recent losses.
