BULLARD--Bullard won both of its games on Thursday.

Erin Berry lifted Bullard past Rivercrest, 65-36. She had a monster game of 11 3-pointers and scored 35 points in the Lady Panthers' 65-36 victory. They improved to 3-0 on the season.

Bullard's Bailey Smith and LaMaria Thompson combined to add six more triples.

In its second game, Bullard defeated North Lamar, 65-25.

Berry again led the Lady Panthers with 27 points and nine 3-pointers.

The Lady Panthers next have a match with Chisum on Friday.

Slocum boys earn pair of victories

SOLCUM--Eustace didn't quite have what it took, falling to Slocum, 56-42 on Thursday.

Ethan Austin led the Bulldogs with 14 points.

Taylor Hunt led the Mustangs with 26, while Jacob Lane added 21.

In its second game, Slocum defeated Douglass, 51-39. This time, Colby Thornton led the way with 16 points.

Slocum improved to 3-1 with the victories and will next face Niches at 5:20 p.m. Friday.

Chapel Hill girls hold off Brownsboro

CHAPEL HILL--Chapel Hill won a tight game with Brownsboro on Thursday, 48-44.

Karlea Duhon led with 15 points in the victory while Natalya Overshown added 10 and Brittley Maddox nine.

Chapel Hill improved to 2-1, while Brownsboro fell to 2-2.

The Lady Bulldogs next have a game with Grand Saline at 1:35 p.m. on Friday.
