Beckville Falls to Jewett Leon at Class A Region III Volleyball Tournament
LONGVIEW — No. 3 Jewett Leon roared to a 16-point Game 1 victory and didn’t look back en route to a 25-9, 25-15, 25-17 sweep of Beckville in Friday’s Class A Region III volleyball semifinal at Longview High School.
Beckville concludes the 2012 season with a 23-12 record.
Taylor Lindsay led Beckville with seven kills and 12 digs, while Shelbi Dodson added five kills, six digs, and two aces. Ivy Rieke had five kills, three blocks, and 11 digs. Carson Blair three kills, two blocks and 12 digs.
Emma Smith led Beckville with seven assists, while Montana Searcy added five.
