Beckville Reaches Regional Tourney With Sweep of Gary

LONGVIEW -- The Beckville Ladycats rolled to a 25-19, 25-11, 25-12 sweep of Gary in their Class 2A Region III quarterfinal playoff Tuesday night.

Beckville (38-8) will face Iola at 2 p.m. Friday in the regional semifinals at Longview High School.

Jordan Tondreau led Beckville with seven kills, one assist, one ace, and six digs. Miranda Mize added six kills, two blocks, and one dig, Kinley Pepper finished with 22 assists, two aces, and five digs, while Courtlyn Nail chipped in with three aces and 13 digs.
