Beckville Wins Warm Up Match With Pleasant Grove

BECKVILLE--Beckville continues to breeze through its schedule and Friday was nothing new.

The Ladycats swept Pleasant Grove in a warm up match, winning 25-11, 25-15 and 25-17. The win improved them to 37-0.

Hannah Humphries led with 14 kills and Riley Seegers was next with 10. Humphries, Seegers and Miranda Mize all finished with three blocks as well. Payton Jones led the Ladycats with 12 digs, while Courtly Nail added 11 to go with four aces.

Beckville now turns its attention to the playoffs. It has a matchup with West Rusk at Spring Hill High School at 6 p.m. Monday.
