TEXARKANA -- Sophomore Ben Harmon threw four first-half touchdowns and No. 10 Pleasant Grove cruised to a 48-17 win over Atlanta on Friday in a District 7-4A Division II matchup.

Harmon, who completed 8 of 13 passes for 156 yards, connected with three different receivers for touchdowns and two going to TJ Cole.

Harmon also added a 17-yard touchdown run for Pleasant Grove, which improved to a perfect 7-0 on the season and 2-0 in district.

Atlanta held a 9-7 lead with 11:31 left in the first half after a safety and quarterback Andrew Samples scored on a 5-yard touchdown run. But Pleasant Grove, which entered the Associated Press poll this week, reeled off 27 unanswered points before Atlanta could score again.

Bruce Garrett led Pleasant Grove in rushing with 10 carries for 77 yards, while Cole finished with 11 carries for 68 yards and a touchdown. Cole also made four catches for 85 yards in the win.
