BULLARD -- The Guard earned a 16-2, run-rule victory Wednesday evening against visiting Tyler Bishop Gorman in TAPPS Division II, District 3 competition.

Bullard Brook Hill's win marked its third straight double-digit victory against the Crusaders in a week's span.

Logan Langford earned the win on the mound despite giving up two unearned first-inning runs as both teams committed three errors in the game. He ultimately struck out six and walked four in three innings of work.

Miguel Vega pitched the fourth and fifth innings and struck out four batters while allowing no base runners.

Brooks Parham and Seth Moss tied for a team-best four RBIs on the winning side.

Brook Hill will host Prime Prep on Friday while Gorman moves on for a 2 p.m. first pitch today against Longview Christian.
