ATLANTA -- Turnovers were key in this one for both teams, but in the end the difference was Atlanta quarterback Chase Musgrove.

Musgrove rushed for three touchdowns and passed for two more as the Atlanta Rabbits defeated the Tatum Eagles, 34-28, on Friday in their District 6-4A Division II matchup.

Musgrove scored on runs of 10, 39 and 12 yards. He passed to D'Corey Larry from 8 yards out and at the end connected with Jeremy Smith from 36 out, capping a seven-play, 76-yard drive that broke a 28-28 tie and gave the Rabbs the lead that held.

After an opening drive score that covered 66 yards in eight plays, capped by a 29 yard run by Chaston Brooks with the Jesus Sandoval PAT, Tatum led 7-0.

A Sandoval field goal gave Tatum a 10-6 lead. After that it was nip and tuck with Atlanta taking a 21-18 lead at the half and 28-25 lead after three before Tatum tied it with 4:57 left on another Sandoval field, this one from 26 out, setting the scene for Atlanta's final drive.

Other scores from Tatum came at the end of an 83-yard, nine-play drive with a short run by Josh Ivy, and a 1-yard run by Devon Boyd at the end of a 69-yard, 14-play drive.

Atlanta travels to Spring Hill while Tatum hosts Pleasant Grove in the regular season finales.
