Cheyenne Brown Hangs 35 On Santo In Martin’s Mill’s 2A Region II Semifinal Win

MCKINNEY -- Cheyenne Brown is in her final stretch of games at Martin's Mill and still adding to her Lady Mustangs legacy.

Brown scored 35 points in No. 9 Martin's Mill's 62-40 Saturday win against Santo in the Class 2A Region II semifinals at McKinney North High School.

Hailey Celsur also made a big impact for the Lady Mustangs (28-7) with 12 points.

Santo was led in defeat with 11 points from sophomore Caitlyn Finley.

Martin's Mill will play for the Region II title at 1 p.m. today against No. 24 Bells at McKinney North. The winner of the game will advance to the state tournament in San Antonio.
