Colorado is the Eighth School to Offer Carthage Receiver Terian “Tee” Goree

Seven offers had already arrived for Carthage senior receiver Terian "Tee" Goree when his eighth came in Tuesday night, but that one was the first from a BCS conference program.

The 6-foot-2, 170-pound Goree is enjoying a monster senior season.

Through Carthage's first seven games, Goree has 45 catches for an East Texas-leading 926 yards and 17 touchdowns, which also leads the region. The 17 touchdown receptions tie his junior season total for the second-most in Carthage single-season history behind Jalen Claiborne's 18 from 2010.

Goree caught 66 passes for 1,271 yards in 2012. In Carthage's last 21 games, Goree has 111 catches for 2,197 yards and 34 touchdowns. He's caught at least one touchdown in every game this season during the Bulldogs' 6-1 start.

Goree joins fellow receiver O'Keeron Rutherford as two of Carthage's four senior offensive starters with at least one FBS offer. Rutherford, who has 37 receptions for 615 yards and seven scores, holds offers from North Texas and ULM, while quarterback Blake Bogenschutz is committed to UTSA. He has 2,207 passing yards, 30 touchdown throws, and only three interceptions. Left tackle Adrian Goodacre holds offers from Houston and ULL, to which he is committed.
