Twelve East Texas teams were ranked across four classifications in this week's Texas Girls Coaches Association volleyball poll.

Pine Tree (26-5) moved up two spots to No. 6 in Class 4A entering the Lady Pirates' Tuesday home match against District 14-4A foe Sulphur Springs.

The Class 3A poll is loaded with East Texas schools. District 16-3A power Spring Hill is No. 4, followed by 11th-ranked Van, No. 12 Pleasant Grove, No. 13 Carthage, No. 19 Gilmer, and Diboll, which is tied for 25th with Amarillo River Road.

Spring Hill hosts Bullard on Tuesday, while Van travels to Mabank in a District 15-3A match. Pleasant Grove hosts No. 16 Paris North Lamar on Tuesday in a District 13-3A matchup of top 20 teams, and Carthage hosts Center in District 20-3A competition. Gilmer faces Kilgore on Tuesday in a 16-3A match. Diboll hosts Jasper in 20-3A action.

Perennial power White Oak (30-4) is No. 7 in the Class 2A poll, which also features Sabine at No. 13 and New Diana at No. 18. White Oak hosts Jefferson on Tuesday in a District 17-2A tilt, while Sabine hosts West Rusk in District 18-2A play. New Diana hosts Tatum in a 17-2A meeting.

In Class A, Cayuga is No. 7 and Overton is No. 18. Cayuga hosts Trinidad on Tuesday in District 14-A action, and Overton hosts Gary in District 20-A competition.
