Dear [insert your name here],

This letter wouldn't be worth it if we didn't start with a thank you.

First, thank you for loving your community. Thank you for loving your school, your players, your coaches, your fellow fans and anyone else who is involved on a Friday night at the football game, on Tuesday in the gym, every day after school and everything in between.

It's this love for sports and community that inspired ETSN.fm. A group of us came into 2012 with a dream to create the absolute best multimedia destination for East Texas high school sports coverage.

So, thanks for stopping by. We hope you stay a while, and come by and visit regularly. We think you'll like it.

East Texas Sports Network [ETSN.fm] is built on a foundation of covering high school sports in local communities in East Texas. We are dedicated to cover each of the 100-plus schools in our coverage area as best as possible.

We are a network of local writers and photographers who have decades of experience covering high school sports in East Texas.

We've seen Carthage and Daingerfield each win three straight state championships, Brandon Roberts lead Van basketball to glory in Austin, Adrian Peterson rush for 317 yards in the first half, the John Tyler Lady Lions basketball team start 33-0, White Oak's Abby Bybel cement herself as a local legend in volleyball, Lindale's Carson Middleton strike out 19 Van Alstyne players in the playoffs and countless athletes who left East Texas and have found themselves in the professional ranks.

North to Daingerfield, south to Jasper, east to the border, west to Malakoff and everything in between, ETSN.fm has it covered. Whether it's scores, game stories, features, highlights, opinions or anything else you can imagine that tells a good story about high school sports in East Texas, we're going to have it all.

Or, to say it a little better, we've got you covered.

Sincerely,

East Texas Sports Network
