There are 11 East Texas schools ranked in the final Txhighschoolbaseball.com polls, which were released Monday.

There are three area schools in the Class 4A top 25, lead by sixth-ranked Whitehouse. Pine Tree and Hallsville are No. 22 and 25, respectively.

District 20-3A foes Lufkin Hudson and Carthage are both in the top 10. Hudson, the district champion, is ranked eighth, while Carthage checks in at No. 9.

Six East Texas schools are ranked in 2A, including No. 1 Hughes Springs. The Mustangs are followed by fourth-ranked White Oak, No. 10 Elkhart, No. 12 Nacogdoches Central Heights, No. 16 Edgewood and No. 25 Warren.

Txhighschoolbaseball.com does not publish a poll for Class A.
