ETSN.fm 2014 Week 11 Class 6A/5A Poll: Nacogdoches Climbs Into Top Five

Nacogdoches' come-from-behind win over Whitehouse last Friday night not only clinched a second consecutive playoff appearance. It also vaulted the Dragons into the top five of this week's ETSN.fm East Texas Class 6A/5A poll.

The Dragons (7-2) are up three spots to No. 5 after rallying from 19 points down in the second half for a 46-36 win. Subsequently, Whitehouse (5-4), which saw its playoff streak of eight years come to an end, fell three spots to No. 8.

The top four all remained the same.

Sulphur Springs (5-4) fell three positions to ninth after a 49-6 loss to Longview, Texas High (6-3) is up one spot to No. 6 following its 28-13 defeat of Greenville, and Hallsville (6-3) moved up a couple spots to No. 7 after the Bobcats' 56-14 rout of Pine Tree.
