ETSN.fm Week 10 3A Poll: District 20-3A Moves Three Teams into Top Five

District 20-3A owns three of the top five spots in the ETSN.fm Week 10 3A Top 10.

The top two slots remained in control of District 16-3A, the "District of Doom," but 20-3A made its move thanks to No. 1 Kilgore's last-minute 14-10 victory vs. Henderson. The Bulldogs (8-0) face No. 2 Gilmer (8-1) -- a 57-39 winner over No. 10 Bullard -- at Buckeye Stadium on Friday in the 16-3A championship game.

Henderson (5-4) fell from fourth to sixth to allow Center and Jasper both into the top five behind fellow 20-3A team No. 3 Carthage (8-2), which concluded its regular season with a 55-14 rout at Diboll. No. 4 Center  (8-1) was off, and No. 5 Jasper (7-2) pounded Huntington 63-14.

Van (8-1) hammered Mabank 49-7 to hold the No. 7 spot, while Palestine (7-2) thumped Mexia 63-24 to hang on at No. 8. Canton (8-1) beat Brownsboro 35-13 to move from 10th to ninth and set up the District 15-3A championship game at Van on Friday.

Bullard (6-3) fell from ninth to 10th and saw its playoff hopes end with the aforementioned loss to Gilmer.
