CENTER -- Fairfield amassed 616 total yards and built a 37-point lead entering the fourth quarter to beat Center 58-21 on Friday Night at Roughrider Stadium.

Fairfield quarterback Jacob Gallegos completed 16 of 25 passes for 241 yards and four touchdowns to four different receivers as the Eagles improved to 4-0. Running back Larry Rose ran 16 times for 222 yards and two touchdowns.

Colby Minz led the receiving corps with six grabs for 85 yards and a score, while Chris Lide and Alex Ward each caught three passes and combined for 110 yards and two scores. Chance Carroll snagged Gallegos' other touchdown throw.

Dominic Brackens had 65 yards and a touchdown on only four carries, while Raheim Hayes ran eight times for 42 yards. Bryson Gates added a rushing touchdown.

Fairfield's defense was equally as impressive, limiting Center (0-4) to 201 total yards, including only 17 yards on 24 rushing attempts.

Center's Caiden Rainbolt completed 8 of 21 passes for 121 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception. Two of his touchdown strikes came in the game's final 8 1/2 minutes after Fairfield built a 51-7 advantage.

Octavius Evans caught all three of Rainbolt's touchdown throws to account for his 48 receiving yards. Teammate Josh Burns caught five passes for a game-high 136 yards.

Next week, Center hosts Tatum at 7:30 p.m. Friday. Fairfield travels to defending Class 3A Division II state champion Navasota.
