EUSTACE -- Alex Scallion's fourth-quarter touchdown run lifted Fort Worth Castleberry to a 14-7 win at Eustace on Friday night.

The teams went to the fourth tied 7-7, but Scallion's seven-yard touchdown run and Cristian Astorga's PAT pushed the Lions to a seven-point victory.

Castleberry () did not complete a pass and threw only once, but ran for 284 yards on 47 rushes. Christian Cardona had 10 carries for 122 yards, including a seven-yard first-quarter touchdown run. Scallion ran 19 times for 83 yards, while Dakota Wright gained 70 yards on 12 carries.

Eustace (2-2) also relied on the ground game, but the one completion in the Bulldogs' two pass attempts was a big one. Steven Stine hit Daniel Hester for a 72-yard touchdown that tied the game 7-7 in the second quarter.

Stine also ran 11 times for 63 yards. Jesus Barcenas led Eustace with 74 yards on 13 carries. Castleberry outgained Eustace 284-251 thanks to its ground-exclusive attack.

Eustace hosts Kemp at 7:30 p.m. next Friday. Castleberry hosts Carrollton Ranchview.
