FRANKSTON -- Thanks to 300-plus passing and 200-plus rushing yards, Frankston rolled to a 47-7 blowout of Winona on Friday night in District 10-2A Division II action.

Frankston quarterback Ozzie Buckner completed 13 of 17 passes for 301 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception and ran eight times for 40 yards. Oran Jenkins had a huge night running the ball on only five carries, which yielded 134 yards and three touchdowns. Jenkins also caught two passes for 23 yards and a touchdown.

Frankston receiver Kendrick Rogers, a 6-foot-4, 185-pound sophomore, led Frankston with six catches for 158 yards and a touchdown, while Daniel Grisham ran for 24 yards and two touchdowns on five carries.

The win is the second in a row and the third in the last four games for Frankston, which enters Friday's game at district-leading Garrison with a 3-5 overall record and 3-1 mark in district.

The loss was the third in a row for Winona, which is 4-4 overall and 1-3 in district. Winona hosts Union Grove on Friday.
