First place in District 16-4A will be on the line when the Nacogdoches Lady Dragons visit Lindale to take on the No. 14 Lady Eagles on Tuesday night.

Nacogdoches (17-8, 3-0) is coming off an impressive 79-65 win over John Tyler last Friday. Ki'Audra Taylor led the Lady Dragons with 23 points, while Christy Whitaker and Charity Page contributed 18 and 16, respectively.

Lindale (18-4, 3-0) defeated Jacksonville, 54-41, on Friday. The Lady Eagles used their size to their advantage in the win, with 6-2 posts Zhanelle Geathers and Natasha Malone teaming for 28 points and 16 rebounds.

In District 14-2A, No. 21 Alba-Golden (20-5, 6-1) is tied for the top spot in the district with Winnsboro (17-9, 6-1), but faces defending regional champion Edgewood (16-7, 5-2) at home on Tuesday.

Martin's Mill (21-4, 6-0) has been unchallenged thus far in 17-A Division I, but the Lady Mustangs will host Harleton (19-4, 2-2) in what could be an interesting matchup.

In TAPPS 2-4A, fourth-ranked Tyler T.K. Gorman (21-3, 2-0) goes on the road to face Cedar Hill Trinity Christian (11-9, 2-0) in battle atop the league standings.
