Six East Texas girls basketball teams were ranked in the top three teams of their respective classes in Monday's Texas Association of Basketball Coaches polls.

Class A Division I is nothing but East Texas at the top. Martin's Mill (19-4) continues its stranglehold of the No. 1 spot, while Slocum (19-1) is No. 2. Third-ranked and undefeated Martinsville (23-0) gives East Texas the top three teams in the classification.

In Class A Division II, Saltillo (19-4) retained the No. 1 spot. Tyler T.K. Gorman (19-3) also kept its No. 3 ranking among large private schools.

Lindale (17-4) broke into the Class 4A poll at No. 18. Liberty-Eylau (16-3) kept its No. 12 ranking in Class 3A, which also includes No. 16 Pittsburg (14-3) and No. 25 Mineola (25-3).

Four East Texas teams were ranked in Class 2A, led by No. 13 Crockett (18-3). Tatum (22-2), which won the Tenaha Holiday Hoops championship during the Christmas break, vaulted into the poll at No. 19. Winnsboro (15-9) was ranked No. 20, followed by Alba-Golden (18-5) at No. 22.
