No running back in East Texas had a better regular season than New Boston's Damien Haskins, and he capped the first 11 weeks of the season with another monster performance.

Haskins, who was named ETSN.fm Dairy Queen Offensive Player of the Week for the third time this season, carried the ball 26 times for 356 yards and six touchdowns, one of which covered 98 yards, in a 56-21 blowout of Mount Vernon that wrapped up a 10-0 regular-season finish for the No. 5 Lions.

Haskins, who is committed to Oregon State, enters the playoffs with 2,700 rushing yards and 46 touchdowns and averages a staggering 13.7 yards per carry. New Boston gets a first-round bye before playing the winner of this week's Whitesboro vs. Commerce game.
