The second Division I scholarship offer arrived Thursday for Tyler Lee 2020 TE/DE Jamal Ligon.

The Red Raiders' standout reported via Twitter that Houston Baptist has offered.

Ligon (6-2, 240) was previously offered by Texas State.

The versatile Red Raiders' athlete played both tight end and defensive end for a Lee team that finished 6-4 overall in 2017 under first-year head coach Kurt Traylor.

Houston Baptist is an FCS school that competes in the Southland Conference. The Huskies are coached by Vic Shealy and finished 2017 with an overall record of 1-10 (0-9 in conference).

Ligon, like all incoming juniors, is first eligible to sign with any team that offers him beginning in December 2019.
