Indiana Offers Marshall’s Savion Williams
Savion Williams picked up another FBS offer Tuesday evening.
Williams, a 2020 receiver for Marshall, tweeted that Indiana became the latest school to offer him.
Williams also holds offers from Arkansas, Bowling Green, Southern Miss, Texas State and Texas Tech. Williams is one of three receivers for the Mavericks who have FBS offers, the others being seniors Tahj Washington and DeKendrick Bender.
Williams is third on the team in receiving yards with 365 on 22 catches. He also has six touchdowns.
Indiana competes in the Big Ten and is currently 4-4. Tom Allen is the coach of the Hoosiers.
Williams, like all juniors, is first eligible to sign with any team that offers him beginning in December of 2019.
