Judd Miller + Third-Ranked Malakoff Blast Troy, 47-14

MIDLOTHIAN -- Judd Miller passed for 323 yards and three touchdowns, leading No. 3 Malakoff to a 47-14 rout of Troy in their Class 3A Division I, Region III bi-district playoff Friday night.

Malakoff (11-0) will meet Kirbyville (8-3) in the area round. Kickoff is tentatively set for Friday night from Dragon Stadium in Nacogdoches.

Tyler Russell scored on offense and special teams for the Tigers. He reeled in five passes for 173 yards, including a 92-yard touchdown, and added a 59-yard kickoff return for a score.

JaQuaylon Hart caught five passes for 88 yards and two touchdowns, including a 62-yarder, while Breashawn Williams ignited the Malakoff running game with 93 yards and two touchdowns on 18 carries.
