TYLER -- Tyler Grace Community's do-everything player, Kade Clayton, was at it again Friday night, rushing for three touchdowns and catching another in the Cougars' 60-24 win over TAPPS Division II District 2 foe Carrollton Prince of Peace at Clyde-Perkins Stadium.

Clayton scored on touchdown runs of 3, 14 and 35 yards and also caught a 44-yard touchdown pass from Blake White in the win for the Cougars (7-1, 4-1), who are set for a showdown with rival Bullard Brook Hill next Friday night.

White, who also scored on a 1-yard dive in the first quarter, threw three touchdown passes -- the one two Clayton and also scoring passes to Lin Gillham (71 yards) and Statler Lewis (49).

Grace, which only led by eight (25-17) at halftime, exploded for 28 third-quarter points, capped by a 24-yard fumble return for a touchdown by Andrew McCarty.

Garrett Newman added a 76-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter to close a second half where Grace outscored Prince of Peace 35-7.
