DIBOLL -- Kevin Hurley tossed three touchdown passes in the Diboll Lumberjacks' 35-12 victory over Huntington in District 8-4A Division II action Friday night.

Hurley competed 13 of 20 attempts for 158 yards, throwing a pair of touchdowns to Ja'Marcus Polk and one to Jesse Villanueva. Diboll (6-2, 2-1) also got scores on touchdown runs form Jaquane Garrett (14 yards) and Tre Hamilton, who reached the end zone from 18 yards.

Polk finished with five catches for 85 yards, while Desmond Shelby rushed for 113 yards on 20 carries.

Jeremiah Robertson paced Huntington (3-5, 1-2) in defeat with 128 yards and a touchdown on 30 rushing attempts. He scored on a 43-yard run in the fourth quarter, while Austin Kolb accounted for the Red Devils' other touchdown -- a 25-yard strike to Blake Lilley late in the first half.

Each team returns to the field next Friday night. Diboll plays at Shepherd, while Huntington travels to Coldspring-Oakhurst.
