Lamar Offers Marshall’s Christian Hood

Christian Hood received another scholarship offer Friday.

Hood, an offensive lineman for Marshall, tweeted that Lamar offered him.

Hood also has offers from Houston Baptist, Northwestern State and Southern Miss.

Last season, Hood helped lead an offensive line that led Marshall to a 6-5 record and the District 16-5A championship.

Lamar competes in the Southland Conference of the NCAA's FCS subdivision. The Cardinals finished 2-9 in 2017-18.

Hood, like all juniors, is first eligible to sign with any team that offers him beginning in December.
