League Champ Beckville Dominates Top Honors on 20-A All-District Volleyball Team

Beckville's undefeated run through District 20-A led to the Ladycats claiming 4 of 6 superlatives with the release of the league's all-district team as voted by the coaches.

Beckville's Taylor Lindsay garnered Most Valuable Player honors, while teammate Carley Lawhorn earned Top Newcomer recognition. Ivy Rieke took home two of the district's big awards: Top Hitter and Top Sophomore.

Carlisle's Hannah Hamilton was named Defensive MVP. Gary's Josey Greer received the Top Setter award.

Beckville, which reached the 1A Region III tournament and won 30 matches, placed three players on the all-district first team, along with Big Sandy. Carlisle and Gary each had two first-team honorees.
