Longview + Pine Tree Battle to Scoreless Draw at Lady Lobo Invitaitonal

LONGVIEW -- The Longview Lady Lobos and Pine Tree Lady Pirates battled to a 0-0 draw Friday at Lobo Stadium in the Lady Lobo Invitational.

Longview held an 8-1 advantage on Pine Tree (5-1-1) in shots on goal.

"We are playing good defense, but we need to find a little more pace on the offensive end of the field," said Pine Tree coach Daniel Rich.

Pine Tree faces Tyler Lee at noon Saturday at Lobo Stadium to conclude its weekend.
