Kamden Perry is starting to see the results of a record-breaking season.

Perry, a 2019 receiver who broke the Longview school record for receiving yards in a season, tweeted Monday that Abilene Christian became the fourth Division I school to offer him.

Perry also holds offers from FCS schools Alcorn State, Incarnate Word and Northwestern State.

He already has 65 catches for 1,418 yards and 16 touchdowns this season. He isn't finished either, with Longview (12-0) still chasing a state title. After the Lobos defeated Prosper in the area round, they will face Austin Vandegrift (12-0) at 6 p.m. Saturday at McClane Stadium in Waco.

Abilene Christian competes in the Southland Conference of the NCAA's FCS subdivision. It finished the regular season 6-5 in 2018.

Perry, like all seniors, is first eligible to sign with any school that offers him beginning in December.
