The second and third Division I scholarship offers have arrived for Jacksonville 2019 cornerback Deshawn McCuin.

The Indians' defender reported via Twitter that both Incarnate Word and McNeese State have offered.

McCuin (5-11, 180) was previously offered by Louisiana-Monroe.

The Jacksonville standout participated in the sixth annual ETSN/APEC Football Recruiting Combine last month and was one of the event's top overall testers. He logged top 10 finishes in the 40-yard dash (4.51), broad jump (123 inches), and vertical jump (39 inches).

McCuin was part of a Jacksonville team that finished 6-5 in 2017, advancing to the bi-district round of the Class 4A Division II playoffs.

Incarnate Word and McNeese State are both FCS schools and members of the Southland Conference.

IWU, which is located in San Antonio, is under the direction of first-year head coach Eric Morris, a former assistant at Texas Tech. The Cardinals were 1-10 overall and 1-8 in conference play last season.

McNeese State is located in Lake Charles, La. The Cowboys are coached by Lance Guidry and finished 9-2 (7-2 in conference) in 2017.

McCuin, like all incoming seniors, is first eligible to sign with any program that offers him in December.
