TYLER -- Michelle Obach scored 25 points and Sussannah Williams added 18 to lead the Tyler T.K. Gorman Lady Crusaders past John Tyler, 65-48, Monday night at the Lions Den.

Danielle Smith added four points and 14 rebounds for the Lady Crusaders, who improved to 3-0 on the season.

Tiaka Lee had 15 points to pace the Lady Lions (1-1). Amia Wickware added 13.

Chapel Hill 47, Wills Point 33

WILLS POINT -- Shay Ross scored 24 points to lift the Chapel Hill Lady Bulldogs past Wills Point, 47-33, Monday night.

Tycember Jones added six points and 14 rebounds, while D'Errica Campbell chipped in with nine points and four steals for the Lady Bulldogs (1-1).

West Rusk 63, Beckville 18

BECKVILLE -- Shelby Linton had 25 points to lead the West Rusk Lady Raiders to a 63-18 rout of Beckville on Monday night.

Tierney Reddic added 11 points, while Sarah Buckner chipped in with 10 for West Rusk (2-1). Malorie Herron finished with nine points, coming on a trio of 3-pointers.

Lufkin Pineywoods Community Academy 31, Crimson Christian Academy 9

LUFKIN -- Kelsey Due registered 14 points to help Lufkin Pineywoods Community Academy capture its first win of the season, a 31-9 defeat of Crimson Christian Academy on Monday night.

Mahogany Hodge added 11 points for Lufkin Pineywoods (1-2).

In the other girls' action on Monday, Mineola (2-0) defeated Henderson (0-1), 50-22, and Buffalo took down Neches, 60-54.

BOYS

Tyler All Saints 84, Ovilla Christian 38

TYLER -- Aston Francis and Jaired Maddox each had 19 points to lead the Tyler All Saints Trojans to a season-opening, 84-38 win over Ovilla Christian on Monday night.

Brice Borgeson added 16 points and Matthew Brunson contributed 12 in the Trojans' (1-0) blowout of Ovilla Christian (1-2).
