Jefferson defensive lineman Eric Gipson added his fifth offer Monday evening.

Gipson, who is a member of the 2019 class, tweeted that Missouri State offered him.

Gipson, who projects as a linebacker or safety at the next level, also has offers from Texas State, Arkansas-Pine Bluff, McNeese State and Northwestern State.

He has 34 tackles this season, including 10 for loss. He leads the Bulldogs with seven sacks and 10 quarterback hurries.

Missouri State competes in the Missouri Valley Conference of the NCAA's FCS subdivision. The Bears are 3-1 this season, most recently defeating Illinois State, 24-21.

Gipson, like all seniors, is first eligible to sign with any school that offers him beginning in December.
