The offers keep coming for Bullard 2017 WR/TE and Texas commit Major Tennison, who picked up his second invitation from a Big Ten program in less than a month.

Tennison (6-5, 240) tweeted news of an offer from Nebraska on Tuesday evening.

The Bullard playmaker previously picked up an offer from Michigan on Nov. 11. Aside from Texas and his Big Ten offers, he is also being targeted by Oklahoma State and SMU.

Nebraska is in its first year under coach Mike Riley. The Cornhuskers finished the regular season 5-7, and handed College Football Playoff participant and conference champion Michigan State its only loss. Nebraska will play UCLA in the Foster Farms Bowl in Santa Clara, Calif., on Dec. 26.

Tennison committed to Texas on Oct. 14.

It will be tough for the program to steal Tennison away from the Longhorns. Former Gilmer head coach and current Texas tight ends and special teams coach Jeff Traylor has played a big role in the Longhorns’ 2017 recruiting class.

Tennison, who had 27 catches for 603 yards and eight touchdowns this season, is one of three junior East Texans committed to Texas. The others are Liberty-Eylau defensive end Lagaryonn Carson and John Tyler receiver Damion Miller.

Bullard finished the 2015 season 7-4 overall with an appearance in the bi-district round of the Class 4A Division II playoffs.
