The third major program offer arrived Thursday for Troup standout Blake Lynch.

The 6-foot-3, 192-pound quarterback announced on Twitter that Nebraska offered him. The Cornhuskers join Baylor and Mississippi State on Lynch's offer list.

While Lynch plays quarterback for Troup (1-1), he's been recruited as a quarterback and an athlete. Mississippi State likes him at quarterback. Both schools offered Lynch in late May.

Troup accounted for more than 1,500 total yards as a sophomore in 2012, when the Tigers finished 9-2. Troup dropped its first game of the season two weeks ago 28-21 to Quinlan Ford, but bounced back with a 49-16 rout of West Rusk last week. Troup ran for two touchdowns and threw for two touchdowns in the victory.

Lynch is 1 of 11 East Texans in the 2015 class with at least one Division I FBS offer. The full list is below.
