Two East Texas football players in the 2014 class saw their offers lists grow to three schools apiece Tuesday.

New Boston defensive back Jawuan Johnson picked up a pair of Division I FCS offers, according to Network Athletics. Charlotte, which will play at the FCS level in 2013-14 before transition to the major FBS level in 2015, offered Johnson, as well as Grambling State. Johnson also has an offer from Division II Southern Arkansas.

The Carthage coaching staff confirmed with ETSN.fm that offensive lineman Adrian Goodacre has received an offer from SFA. The FCS-level Lumberjacks join fellow Southland Conference member Abilene Christian, which will play its first season in the Southland this fall, and FBS-level ULL as teams that have offered the 6-foot-4, 310-pound Goodacre.

Johnson had 101 tackles, five interceptions, two forced fumbles, and three defensive touchdowns in 2012, when New Boston finished 12-1 with a Class 2A Division I Region II final appearance.

Goodacre started the entire 2012 season for Carthage at right guard. The Bulldogs averaged 42.8 points per game en route to an 11-3 season that ended in the Class 3A Division I state semifinals.
