WHITEHOUSE -- Patrick Mahomes keeps rolling, rolling, rolling.

Whitehouse's star quarterback threw for 328 yards and five touchdowns and the Wildcats made easy work of Marshall, 59-3, on Friday night at Wildcat Stadium.

The dominating win sets up Class 4A No. 5 Whitehouse's (4-0) highly anticipated matchup with Class 3A's top-ranked team, Carthage, next Friday (Sept. 27) in the ETSN.fm Game of the Week in Whitehouse. Carthage beat Nacogdoches, 44-40, on a late game-winning drive Friday night.

Mahomes finished 26 of 36 passing, with five touchdowns going to three different receivers and no interceptions. He has just under 1,600 yards passing with 17 touchdowns through four games, and has yet to throw a pick.

Two of Mahomes' touchdowns went to Jake Parker, who caught eight balls for 124 yards; and two more to Jaylon Dews, who finished with six catches for 60 yards. Ryan Cheatham made nine catches for 72 yards and a score for Whitehouse.

Whitehouse also added three scores on the ground. Dominique Hollie ran nine times for 79 yards and a touchdown, while Tre Staples ran for 38 yards and two scores on six attempts.

The Wildcats defense stayed on top of Marshall all night, allowing just 159 total yards -- and only 61 through the air. Whitehouse also recovered two Marshall fumbles.
