LONGVIEW -- The Pine Tree Lady Pirates finished up a perfect District 32-4A season with a 4-0 shutout of Spring Hill on Senior Night, Tuesday at Pirate Stadium.

Pine Tree (17-2-1, 12-0), which will face John Tyler next week in the bi-district round of the playoffs, scored two goals in each half and outshot Spring Hill 17-1 for the match.

Victoria Flores got the scoring starting with an unassisted goal from about 25 yards out, while the Lady Pirates grabbed a two-goal cushion before halftime when Lilly Cabrera scored off an assist from Lorena Gonzalez.

Gonzalez assisted Cabrera again just four minutes in the second half, and with 14 minutes remaining, Lillie Spencer found the net off an assist from Caroline Meek.

The Spring HIll loss dropped the Lady Panthers out of second place in the district as Kilgore will enter the postseason as the district's No. 2 seed. Hallsville is 32-4A's other postseason representative.
