WHITE OAK -- Riley Lakin rushed for three touchdowns, Dylan Gale passed for two more and the White Oak Roughnecks rolled to a 38-6 victory over Jefferson on Friday night in the regular-season finale for both teams.

White Oak (9-1, 4-1 in District 9-2A Division I) will face East Chambers (7-3) in a Region III bi-district playoff at 7:30 p.m. Friday in San Augustine.

Lakin had 25 carries for 162 yards, scoring on runs of 1, 40 and 15 yards. Gale was 18 of 33 for 312 yards and two touchdowns. Jansen McCurdy caught four passes for 135 yards and a score, Gabe Michael had six catches for 59 yards and a touchdown and Cass Carr had seven receptions for 96 yards in the winning effort.

Jefferson finished the season at 4-6 overall and 1-4 in district.
