Few players in the state had the season New Boston's Damien Haskins assembled.

The 5-foot-10, 210-pound running back ran for 3,207 yards and 52 touchdowns, averaging 11.1 yards per carry as the Lions went 12-1 and reached the Class 2A Division I Region II championship.

Haskins has committed to Oregon State. He's not the first Northeast Texas tailback to take his talents to the Pacific Northwest. Former Liberty-Eylau star LaMichael James became a Heisman Trophy candidate at Oregon before going to the NFL. He plays for the San Francisco 49ers.

Thanks to our friends at Network Athletics, ETSN.fm presents Haskins' senior season highlights. Believe us, there are plenty of them.
