Six East Texas Baseball Teams Ranked in THSBCA Weekly Polls

There are six baseball teams from East Texas that are ranked in the Texas High Baseball Coaches Association top 10 polls.

There are no Class 5A or 3A schools ranked, but Hallsville (16-2) checks in at No. 8 in the 4A poll.

In Class 2A, undefeated Hughes Springs (15-0) is the state’s top-ranked team, while White Oak (10-2) is No. 5.

Carlisle (12-0) is No. 1 in Class A, while Cayuga (12-2) is No. 4. Cushing (12-2) is ranked sixth.
