League champion and state finalist Tatum grabbed two superlatives on the boys 17-2A all-district basketball team, which was voted on by the district's coaches.

Tatum seniors Robbie Rockwell and Donovan Centers were awarded Offensive and Defensive MVP, respectively.

Waskom, which finished second in the standings, also earned two superlatives. Junior Kevin Johnson was the district's overall MVP, while Jeff Lyles was voted Coach of the Year.

Ore City freshman Nick Hughes was named Newcomer of the Year.
