LONGVIEW -- Atlanta senior quarterback Chase Musgrove accounted for six touchdowns to lead the Rabbits to a 55-21 rout of Tatum in their Class 4A Division II, Region III semifinal Saturday afternoon at Pirate Stadium.

CORSICANA -- For the second time this season, the Tyler Bishop Gorman Crusaders were on the losing end against district rival Dallas Christian. Only this time, it ended their season. Tyler Cook rushed for 294 yards and three touchdowns, leading the Chargers to a 21-14 win over Bishop Gorman in their TAPPS Division II state semifinal Saturday night at Tiger Stadium.

FORNEY -- Mineola had executed 55 plays and yielded 290 yards. Only nine of those yards came through the air, on one completion nonetheless. LUFKIN – Zane Boles threw for 209 yards and added 110 on the turf, racking up six touchdowns as Henderson battled past Jasper, 60-43, on Saturday afternoon at Abe Martin Stadium.

BULLARD -- Cobe Caraway rushed for 283 yards and three touchdowns on only 12 carries, leading Tenaha to a 47-7 rout of Normangee in their Class 2A Division II Region III semifinal Friday night at Panther Stadium.

MOUNT PLEASANT -- Ke'mon Freeman played a hand in five Liberty-Eylau touchdowns and the Leopards hung on to avenge a district loss against Paris, 48-21, despite three turnovers in the Class 4A Division I, Region II semifinals.

PALESTINE -- Newton scored the first 28 points of Friday's Class 3A Division II, Region III semifinal playoff game and cruised past Franklin, 49-21, at Wildcat Stadium in Palestine. Calum Foster rushed for 206 yards on just 18 carries and scored four touchdowns in the game. Jace Thomas was the Eagles' second-leading carrier with 62 yards and the opening score.
