PRICE -- Carlisle got what it needed Friday to secure a No. 2 seed in the Class 2A Division II playoffs with an 18-14 victory against Kerens both teams' regular season finale. The Indians (8-2, 4-1) will be participating in the playoffs for the second straight year.

BETHEL — The Cayuga Wildcats overcame  themselves and a stingy Kerens team to open up district play with a victory Friday at Scarborough Stadium.
