TATUM -- Henderson built a 25-point lead on Tatum with its first possession of the second half and rolled to a 45-13 victory Friday at Eagle Stadium.

Trestan Ebner, a TCU commitment and a utility player for the Lions, threw a touchdown pass in the game and also caught one. He ran in a score as well.

Tatum running back LeMarcus Harmon made things interesting with an 11-yard score to cut the Lions' lead down to 16-6 in the second quarter.

But Ebner punched in his score, a 6-yard scamper, before the break. Trae Hall then ran for a 74-yard score early in the third quarter and Ebner caught a 32-yard bomb from Hall for a 38-6 advantage before the third period ended.

Ebner opened scoring on a 43-yard pass to Matthew Childers.

Henderson (2-0) travels to Pittsburg next Friday. Tatum (1-1) will be in action as well at Chapel Hill.
