The players who led Troup and Frankston to a district co-championship were honored with the league's Most Valuable Player award, as voted by the district's coaches.

Troup senior Richard Lacy and Frankston senior Corey Warren were named co-MVP with the release of the 18-2A all-district boys basketball team. Troup's Jody Sory and Frankston's Robert Loper shared Coach of the Year accolades. Both teams reached the Class 2A Region III second round after each going 13-1 in district play.

Hawkins junior Noah Burwell was named Offensive MVP, while Sabine senior Ashley Dukes was named Defensive MVP. Troup sophomore Blake Lynch was tabbed as the district's Newcomer of the Year.

Frankston, Troup, and Hawkins each had two players on the all-district first team.
