ARP -- The Chapel Hill Lady Bulldogs earned a 60-42 win over Henderson in their Class 4A Region II bi-district playoff Tuesday night.

Chapel Hill (26-9) advanced to face Mabank in the area round of the playoffs. The game is tentatively scheduled for Friday night in Lindale.

The Lady Bulldogs were led in scoring by Mykaela Alfred, who had 17 points. Kyia Moore added 13 points, while April Walker and Ty'Liyah Moore chipped in with 12 and 11 points, respectively.

Henderson was led in defeat by Joy Williams' 13 points.

Slocum Downs Milford

MILFORD -- The Slocum Mustangs concluded the regular season with a 55-49 win over Milford in District 27-A action Tuesday night.

Jacob Lane paced Slocum (18-14, 7-3) with 16 points. Taylor Hunt added 14 points, while Alex Maldonado had 10.

Slocum will meet an undetermined opponent next week in the bi-district round of the playoffs.
