LINDALE -- The Lindale Lady Eagles recorded a pair of sweeps Tuesday night, defeating Crandall 25-17, 25-20, 25-20 and Kaufman 25-9, 25-12, 25-22.

Zhanelle Geathers led Lindale (22-3) in the win over Crandall with 13 kills, two blocks and three aces. Rhyan Rand added seven kills and four digs, Kaitlin Rice had five kills and six digs, Travicia Acy had five kills and five blocks and Sydney Tiiman dished out 32 assists with four digs.

Geathers had nine kills and four blocks and Rand chipped in with four kills in the Lady Eagles' sweep of Kaufman.

Lindale's season resumes Friday at Pine Tree.

Troup Sweeps Big Sandy

TROUP -- The Troup Lady Tigers swept past Big Sandy 25-15, 25-9, 25-23 on Tuesday night.

Josee Ross led the way with 14 kills, four blocks, 12 digs and three aces. Cheney Cover added seven kills, 13 digs and one ace, Paeton Nolan had five kills and seven digs, Carly Dyess notched 15 assists and an ace, Monet Hale recorded three blocks, eight digs and three aces and Bethany Mason chipped in with 10 serve receptions, 17 digs and one ace.

Troup continues its season at Frankston on Friday in the District 18-2A opener, while Big Sandy begins 20-A play at home Friday against Beckville.

White Oak Rolls in Sweep of Huntington

WHITE OAK -- Madison Pecot and Taylor Tramel combined for 21 kills in Class 2A No. 8 White Oak's 25-14, 25-15, 25-13 sweep of Huntington.

Pecot had 12 kills and two aces, while Tramel added nine kills, four digs, and one ace. Cayman Sutton had 20 assists, seven aces, and seven digs. Rebecca Green chipped in with six kills, two blocks, two aces, and eight digs. Audrey Lunstedt had six kills.

White Oak, the only East Texas team ranked in the top 10 of any of the Texas Girls Coaches Association's latest polls, start district play at 4:30 p.m. Friday at home against New Diana.

Beckville Cruises to Sweep of Hawkins

BECKVILLE -- Beckville rolled to a 25-10, 25-6, 25-18 sweep of Hawkins on Tuesday.

Taylor Lindsay led Beckville (14-4) with eight kills and seven digs. Ivy Rieke added seven kills, two blocks, two digs and six aces, Carson Blair had five kills, two digs and five aces, Carley Lawhorn came through with five kills and Kassidy Alexander provided 18 assists and five digs.

Beckville is at Big Sandy on Friday to open DIstrict 20-A play, while Hawkins plays at Harmony on Friday in the 18-2A opener.

Gary Sweeps Jacksonville

GARY -- Gary's final tuneup before District 20-A play was a success as it recorded a 25-11, 25-14, 25-18 sweep of Jacksonville on Tuesday.

Collyn Pinkerton led Gary (13-8) with 15 kills, two blocks, two digs and two aces. Ryley Beckham contributed 10 kills, one block and eight digs, Josey Greer added three kills, 22 assists, one block, five digs and five aces, Bailey Reistad had four kills, eight digs and three aces and Railey Daniels had 13 digs and an ace.

Gary plays at Timpson on Friday, while Jacksonville travels to Bullard to face Brook Hill in non-district action the same night.

Eustace Rolls to District Sweep

DALLAS -- The Eustace Lady Bulldogs recorded a 25-6, 25-16, 25-4 sweep of Dallas Hampton Prep on Tuesday in District 13-2A action.

Peyton Dibari led the way with five kills and three aces, while Caitlyn Culp added four kills.

Eustace resumes play Friday at home against Dallas Faith Family.

Tyler All Saints Swept By Dallas Christian

TYLER -- Dallas Christian swept Tyler All Saints 25-20, 28-26, 25-14 on Tuesday in the TAPPS District 2-4A opener for both teams.

All Saints was led by Lanna Johnson's 15 kills. Maddie Smith added 29 assists, while Emma Lewis registered 16 digs.

The Lady Trojans' season continues Friday at Rusk before returning to district play next Tuesday at Waco Reicher.

Tatum Records Sweep of Gladewater

GLADEWATER -- The Tatum Lady Eagles swept past Gladewater 25-21, 25-23, 25-9 on Tuesday night.

Gladewater returns to the court Friday at Henderson in the District 16-3A opener.
