Four months after first receiving an offer from Louisiana Tech, Tyler Lee 2015 linebacker Brandon Durman has committed to the Bulldogs, he announced his on Twitter account Friday night.

Durman (6-2, 210), who is visiting the Ruston, La. campus this weekend as part of Louisiana Tech’s junior day, became the sixth East Texas recruit in the 2015 class to give an verbal commitment to a Division I FBS school.

He joins Whitehouse safety Justin Dunning (Texas A&M), Nacogdoches cornerback Jaylon Lane (Ole Miss), Troup quarterback Blake Lynch (Baylor), Gladewater defensive tackle Daylon Mack (Texas A&M) and Sulphur Springs safety Larry Pryor (Texas A&M).

Louisiana Tech currently has three offers out to 2015 area recruits — Durman, Lane and Whitehouse cornerback Nate Brooks.
